Better Living Products was founded by Don Ansley PE in 1996 for the purpose of marketing and manufacturing various herbs primarily from the South Pacific Islands. Having used Kava Kava for some years, Don realized that the coarse ground product typical in the islands was not suitable for American and European users. From this realization, a company was formed to start developing a proprietary herb manufacturing process called “Micronizing”. This innovated approach produces a powder of such fine particle size that there is never any need for filtering. The finished powder is silky fine as cocoa and mixes easily with liquids.

Laying the ground work for carrying on Don’s vision of providing the best quality herbs at competitive prices, BetterLivingUSA became a Zeta Wize LLC Company in March 2008. The Chief Operating Officer, Ed Carter is proud to carry on the traditions started by Don.

Today, Better Living only imports whole organically grown herbal products and grinds them in our own plant. We do this to assure our customers that our products are 100% pure and contain no preservatives or fillers of any kind.

Our Flagship Kava Kava product is milled from 100% organic lateral roots and we never use any above ground portions such as stocks or stems. The kavalactone content is laboratory tested to assure uniform results and Micronized ^TM in our plant to capture the highest natural kavalactones possible. This ultra-fine Kava powder easily mixes with any drink, doesn’t require filtering and doesn’t have the residue commonly found with other kava brands.
